Advantages of plunger pump

Piston pumps have high suction performance and very good delivery rates, especially for high viscosity materials. The pump itself is strong and resilient, which is especially important when handling heavy fluids.
The fact that it doesn't run continuously also means wearing parts aren't affected. High material pressures and large material volumes also allow the use of long hoses - which in turn reduces the frequency and distance the containers have to be handled.
Of course, we also designed the housing to be as light as possible, yet strong enough for harsh environments and construction sites.

Piston pumps have a wide range of applications. From low-viscosity materials such as glazes to high-viscosity and highly filled materials for outdoor use: basically everything is possible.
The following can be processed: varnishes and glazes, dispersion coatings, latex paints, flame retardants, thick coating materials, zinc powder coatings, ferro-mica coatings, anti-corrosion protection, building waterproofing, asphalt-type coating materials, fabric bonding agents, sealants, etc.
Our piston pumps are available in various performance classes and designs. For example, for low viscosity materials, piston pumps are ideal.
If you primarily want to spray large quantities of highly viscous substances or fillers, a power unit such as the GTB-970 with a hydraulic piston pump is suitable for achieving higher delivery rates.
